We called on a Saturday with a backed up drain not knowing if it needed an emergency response. We spoke with Jason who was very responsive and helpful. Answered our questions and helped us to understand it wasn't an immediate emergency. We got scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Matt was timely Monday morning, very helpful and communicated well. Got to work promptly and cleared out the problem within 30 minutes. He explained to me what the problem had been and did a great job cleaning up after his work. Was even great with our dogs! Highly recommend.

Jesse was extremely knowledgeable! He knew what needed to be done after just a few moments and was quick to set up his tools and get the job done. He was also training another fellow (Rowan?) during this trip, and all went smoothly. Both were so friendly, helpful, and efficient! Thanks!!

Made an appointment mid May for a late May appointment. Took time off work to be home during the 3 hour window and they called and canceled on me the morning of the appointment. Rescheduled for the next Monday and never received the courtesy call to let me know they'd be there in 30 min. The guy arrived and was nice but didn't seem to be very thorough and just took a few pictures. Said someone would be in touch soon with a quote. It's now 3 days later and no quote. I've already had another company out and he spent 25 min going through multiple options with us and the quote was sent less than 90 min after the appointment. I've also received a follow up call and email from the other company. Plus, they didn't charge a visit fee for their time, so we will be going with this other company. I hope we're the exception and not the norm for how this company treats prospective customers. If you aren't willing to take on additional work, just be up front instead of providing horrible service.

We have had such positive experiences with Dave and his sons. Their communication is amazing, the work is quality, and the price is right! You never feel like you're being taken advantage of. We are moving from the area and will miss having such a quality company for our plumbing needs!

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

Dave has done plumbing work at my house a couple of times over the last few years. Most recently, he installed a bathroom sink faucet and drain for a newly replaced vanity. The plumbing was a little challenging, as the new sink was offset from the drain pipe. Dave was great about communicating prior to the appointment so he was clear on what needed to be done. He came up with a good solution that was much less invasive and expensive than what another plumber had suggested/quoted to me. He walked me though what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Dave does quality work and provides a great plumbing service experience.

In need of a new water heater and called Mike Justen as recommended.
He answered and said he'd get to me soon. I told him there was no hurry but he came as promised the next day right on time. He quickly dismantled and removed the old heater and professionally installed the new quality appliance.

Josiah was very professional and honest. He helped us figure out the water problem our basement had, (a problem that another big company was not able to help us find a solution for). He was very kind and very clean. He worked very hard cleaning all the water problem, and properly disposing of the water, and he guided us to the actual solution. He was very helpful, communicating both the problem and the solution in a way we could understand. I was at peace knowing he is very knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He had great attention to detail and a standard for completing his job with excellence. It will be a pleasure to continue to hire him for our future house needs.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

These guys are fantastic! I called on Tuesday about a busted faucet, and they were able to schedule my repair for Thursday of the same week. I got a follow up call later that day from Paul to get more details and photos. On the call I mentioned I had a new toilet I needed installed, and he said they might have time to do it. On Thursday, Tim arrived right on time with a faucet ready to go. Once he got started, he noticed our ancient water valves didn’t have on/off knobs and offered to replace them. Very helpful! I never knew there weren’t knobs, so this could have been a disaster in the event of a leak. And he even had time to replace the toilet! Pricing was fair, invoice was easy to understand, Tim was friendly and quick.
