Best Plumbing Needs in Saint Paul MN

Rumpca Services installed our Lennox High Efficiency furnace and AC 10 years ago now and have done the routine maintainence on them both since installation. We have had the furnace and AC serviced every 12 to 18 months and we have never had any problems with either unit.
Rumpca has always been easy to schedule an appointment and are always on time. The service persons are actually the same people who installed the furnace 10 years ago. I guess that is a sign of a either a reliable employee or a reliable employer. The service personel are always professional and clean up after themselves when completing the job.
I would recommend Rumpca Services for either installation or service.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. Great communication and great service by Mike. When another appointment was going longer than expected, he was in frequent communication with me to keep me updated. We've worked with Ron the Sewer Rat for many years and they will continue to be our go-to company for sewer-related needs.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

We have used Kelly Plumbing for many many years. I don't think there is a pipe or plumbing fixture in our house that they have not touched. They have always been so great to work with and worth every dollar!

In need of a new water heater and called Mike Justen as recommended.
He answered and said he'd get to me soon. I told him there was no hurry but he came as promised the next day right on time. He quickly dismantled and removed the old heater and professionally installed the new quality appliance.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

Mark came out to do maintenance on our water heater. We talked on the phone and he was able to fit us in same day which was very convenient! He was very professional, nice, and reasonably priced. We'll definitely work with him again!

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

Louis M. arrived early, was professional, respectful, and kind. He planned ahead and had the parts he needed with him for the job (2 toilets running after flushing.) This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

Absolutely fast service I called today and they were here right on time fixing my drains. I recommend them highly. I want to also thank the wonderful customer service of the gentleman that came to do my drains he was amazing
