Pedro arrived on time and was very professional. He took his time to explain the job so I was comfortable with what needed to be done. I thought I could just repair my leaking bathroom faucet but after talking with Pedro I realized that my faucet needed to be updated and it would look so much better. Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

We had a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom that we thought was plumbing related. Mark came out and looked at it right away. He was great and very honest with us. He helped us discover that it wasn't a plumbing issue, instead an issue with the tiles around the tub. He could've recommended costly plumbing fixes but instead he helped us find the real issue. Very professional and highly recommend!

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

Great work by Jake the Plumber! We had a drippy faucet in the bathtub, Jake came out and gave us an estimate and we decided to have the work done. I was impressed with each person we met. Adam in the office was great and helped troubleshoot and scheduled same day service. Stu was professional, on time, wore shoe protection and wowed us with his knowledge.
