He brought our existing shower and bath plumbing up to code and added some shut off valves so we can isolate them if we have problems in the future. He was very communicative with setting up the appointment and checking in with us. He even started heading to the job before we had verified we were there. Little things like that make him stand out as an excellent resource for any plumbing needs. His prices are fair and he was able to get us in quick.

Connor was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done in our home. He explained with detail what was happening to our boiler & water heater. He was very patient, kind and professional. Connor took the time to listen and answered all of our questions and concerns. Connor also installed 3 new thermostats that brought us up to date. He explained how they functioned in case an adjustment needed to be made with the temperature.Connor has great personality. He did a beautiful job installing the new boiler and water heater. He took the time to show us and explain all the new piping! Connor and Brian did a great job cleaning ip which I really appreciate. Brian took the time, although very early in the morning to get to know Danny & I and enjoy a cup of coffee. It is nice that BONFE hires folks with great social skills, great personality, and at the same time demonstrate professionalism, great work ethic and take pride on a fabulous job!

Charly was quite helpful, and they arranged for a technician to come out and replace our toilet the very same day we called. Within an hour or so following my call, Charly showed up. In less than two hours, he took out the old toilet and put in the new one. The staff at Kevin came to my rescue when I realized I couldn't go to the bathroom because I was 40 weeks pregnant.
