Service was fine. Called at 4pm, they arrived at 8:30pm. Work took approximately 40 minutes to cap a frozen pipe. Bill was $700. Felt taken advantage of, being in a hard situation. They got you. So I paid them.If they charged $500, would they not make a profit???Not a good first impression as a first time customer. They won't be my first call, that's for sure. Find a better rate!

Our sump pump was not working correctly. We chose to call Bonfe because they are our go to repair team! Shanna was our contact person who kept us informed throughout the repair/replacement process. Our plumber was here within two hours and got the sump pump to work. We needed a total sump pump replacement system with back up battery sump pump due to how old our system was and the corrosion of the system. The parts for replacement was delivered the next morning and the new system was installed within 24 hours of the initial call. As a homeowner you can not ask for anything better than that. Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

I’ve hired Mike & team for three jobs now and am very pleased. First and second time was to move large heavy furniture out of my Saint Paul basement (with a twisty staircase) so I could get some floor work done, and second time was to move all that furniture back into the basement. Third time Mike disassembled two large, old & heavy pieces of German made furniture (one of them shown) and hauled them off to the dump for me. Every time Mike has been early, professional, brought his own tools, and cleaned up after himself. Also, FWIW, as a woman, I felt very comfortable having him and his helpers move & work on stuff in my house.
