Blaylock Plumbing was suggested to us by D.C. Annis. Blaylock did a great job of fixing our broken sewer line. They kept us up to date on the progress and didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done. Gave us suggestions on what needed to be fixed and let us make the decision without any pressure. Very pleased with everything.

I highly recommend AAbbott Ferraro. I recently purchased a home with a gravity furnace that needed to be removed and retrofitted with a modern high-efficiency forced air and A/C unit. This involved asbestos remediation and fabrication of brand new ductwork throughout the home. Aabbott Ferraro helped me with every step of the process. The president, Nick, did the estimate and helped design the layout for the new ductwork. He also put me in touch with an asbestos abatement contractor who performed the necessary work at a reasonable price. The installation team did an excellent job and Matt in particular was always very helpful and friendly, always taking time to answer my questions. I got several estimates when I was planning the job, and AAbbott Ferraro's came in at or lower than the rest. They are just the right combination of family business and professional experts. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

From the initial inspection to the end of the installation of a new furnace, each person was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. They are also very responsive and we’re able to get our new system installed very quickly! I would definitely recommend these guys!

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

I was very impressed with receiving a text and picture of the tech that would be arriving. He was on time and very courteous. The turn around for installation was impressive considering how cold Minnesota is right now. The crew that came to install the unit was very professional and answered any question I had. The team worked well together. They were very conscious of not dragging a lot of dirt into my house, even offered to vacuum the rug when they were done. I am very impressed with Apollo.

I LOVE Kelly Plumbing! We have used their services for the last 7 years at our home in Highland Park. We recently had to replace our water heater and Jody, their friendly office person, was able to squeeze us in this month. The guys are so friendly, easy to work with, and much cleaner than other companies we've used! I would highly recommend giving them a call!

Dave has done plumbing work at my house a couple of times over the last few years. Most recently, he installed a bathroom sink faucet and drain for a newly replaced vanity. The plumbing was a little challenging, as the new sink was offset from the drain pipe. Dave was great about communicating prior to the appointment so he was clear on what needed to be done. He came up with a good solution that was much less invasive and expensive than what another plumber had suggested/quoted to me. He walked me though what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Dave does quality work and provides a great plumbing service experience.

I woke up to the alarm for the water heater sensor going off, and discovered water in the drip pan. Alex from Mark's Plumbing was there at noon the same day. He did a super job, and I enjoyed a hot bath that night!

I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

Honesty and integrity

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
