We needed plumbing fixed and they came out 2 hours later. Perfect and it only took a short time to correct the problem.

Nate did a wonderful job on my plumbing. Problem was found right away we addressed it and the leaky drain pipes were fixed. The communication between Mc Quillan Bros. and myself was excellent. He arrived around 10 AM and was done by five. Replacing low side and high side plumbing for my kitchen down into the basement. Five stars!

Our furnace & water heater were inspected and replaced within the week. The day of the install, the crew was quick and did a great job.

I have been using Apollo for my HVAC needs since 2016, and I've always been impressed with the professionalism and convenience of their services. They replaced an air conditioning unit in 2016 and a furnace in 2017, and they were very affordable. Being a long-time homeowner, I've been taught some new things for taking care of the HVAC needs to keep things running well, and I'm grateful for that especially with how expensive it is to replace improperly maintained equipment. I look forward to getting many good years out of the HVAC equipment that Apollo helped me invest in.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). We had a great experience with Majeski, after a not so fun main drain overflow. They fit our emergency in during the same business day and arrived promptly. The technician was very customer friendly and clearly there to help us. He was able to take the camera and the blade down the pipes and cut through a tree root, solving the problem. He gave us a great price and a lot of peace of mind. We are very happy with the service we had.
