My father recommended Rumpca to me after years of fantastic service from them. They have now become my first call when I have a issue/need service, as well. They are quick to respond, very professional, and fantastic at fixing the issue and/or keeping me in the loop, in the event they need to get another part and return. I have used them multiple times now as well, and completely agree with my father on their excellent service and prices. Highly recommend making them your first call too.

Ron the Sewer Rat could not unclog a drain. To get to it, some pipes had to be rerouted. On their rec, we called Erik Nelson.

I got texted back within two hours. Two very professional gents showed up the next day. We got everything done on time and under budget.

Oh, and they replaced our ancient wall-hanging toilet with, um, one that actually worked.

I was expecting an angry guy in a grubby T-shirt and a bill for a lot more money.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Dave and Matt were outstanding! We had an electrical fire with our old water heater. Hero came out quoted several thousand more than White Bear Plumbing. My experience with John was outstanding, he came on time and jumped right onto the problem. Throughout the job he was very informative and gave us a good laugh, while giving us a chance to oversee his work. I called Big Dave's for some plumbing help and he was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. He told me that he is only able to accept cash or check as payment and in true millennial fashion- I had neither of those. I told him I unfortunately didn't have a way to pay via cash or check and he ended up giving me a tip over the phone that allowed me to fix the issue myself. Thank you so much Dave! I will make sure to have cash/check on hand so I can call him for any future plumbing needs! Highly recommend for fast friendly service!

Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.

Had to have a heater and A/C unit inspected for the sake of my home. They did a great job, on time and the report was very detailed for the new owner. Highly recommend Janecky!

Took three days for him to put in a utility sink. Then had to call him back twice because one of the pipes he put in leaked. Charges by the minute and spent 20+ minutes trying to sell us on a specific faucet. He is not worth the hassle. Also, plumbers crack showed the whole time.

Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me this is a bad clog. I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood there while I tore down the drywall to find the break. They said it's not their fault because there was no purple primer showing on the PVC pipe and joint. I told them it's never leaked since 1983 when the home was built and that there's such a thing as clear primer. He denied the existence of clear primer. They left me with a broken pipe and huge mess. Cost to repair was 3 days from my job and over $300 of materials (I did all of the work myself). These guys only care about money. Worst contractor I've hired in 35 years that I've owned properties. The two tenants living in that unit can attest to all of this and were also inconvenienced for 3 straight days. I would give them zero stars if possible.
