Best Main Drainage Line in Saint Paul MN

Clogged drain on a Saturday. They were here within an hour and were able to clean drain out to main. Tony was very responsive helpful and was able solve quickly.

Admittedly did not have them out so, this review is not about their work, which I am sure is great. Issue was the 89.99 to look at the project I could clearly describe (moving a drain up in the wall 6 inches) I wasn't looking for finite numbers but he was short and dismissive, hence the review.

Dan was out to pump our septic. He was friendly, provided great service, and went above and beyond to answer our questions. We will be using him again in the future and we highly recommend his services!

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

They came out to clean the main sewer line. Afterwards our floor drain wasn't draining. It ended up being a coincidence (they fished out a very old bottlecap and some broken tiles) but still came and fixed it right away. Good prices and fast service, and they took great care of us. Highly recommended.

What great bunch of guys

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

My experience with John was outstanding, he came on time and jumped right onto the problem. Throughout the job he was very informative and gave us a good laugh, while giving us a chance to oversee his work. If we ever have a problem again, I would request him to come back out with no hesitation Thanks John!

Craig did a great job: thorough, knowledgable and amiable to boot -- in a situation that required a bit of finesse due to the age of the installation. He even befriended our anxious rescue dog. Highly recommended.

Louis M. arrived early, was professional, respectful, and kind. He planned ahead and had the parts he needed with him for the job (2 toilets running after flushing.) The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!
