Had to run to the store for a part, took his time, and made sure to check all systems were a go! He is hardworking, kind, and was a pleasure to work with!
Both men made this experience easy and a weight was lifted from my shoulders.
Now I have neighbor friends I can call on for any plumbing needs so happy to have found them!

We woke up to a bathtub full to the top with gray water. Brian was here within an hour of the call. He was up front about cost $400 for snaking the drain. He finished the job in about 30 minutes and didn't leave any mess for us to clean up. He showed us the drain was working and reviewed prevention and maintenance. The work came with a 6 month warranty. The fact we didn't have to deal with this on a Saturday when we already had a full day planned was worth every penny.

Commercial and residential. We have used Gust Plumbing for 20 years. They are dependable, honest, and fair priced. We don't use anyone else because they are so good. I highly recommend them for any plumbing projects.

After dealing with two places that blatantly tried to rip me off (one wanted $1100 to change an inducer motor which is a $100/15 min job) I ended up replacing most of my furnace parts myself by watching youtube videos and finding the parts on amazon/ebay. It's about as simple as unplugging and plugging the new part in most of the time, but with the blower motor I ended up tightening a screw too tight and it locked the shaft onto the housing. I called Aabbott Ferraro and I couldn't possibly have been happier with Tim, the tech who managed to fix something that had been a nightmare for me to deal with. The hourly rate seemed high, but he worked quick and efficiently despite the unusual problem I created, so the final bill was much lower than expected. Thanks Tim! The owner and the person answering the phone were also helpful. I can't speak for the other techs there, but I would definitely recommend this company anyone having furnace issues.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Dan has been taking care of our septic tank for over 20 years. He is fantastic.

Our drain field froze and our tank backed up in to our house during the night. Called him first thing in the morning and he was here by 9:00 am!

He is very thorough and explains everything.

It is because of him that our septic has lasted this long. I tell anyone that has a septic system to call Dan!

These guys are outstanding! Hired them for my kitchen remodel which featured running a vent and drain in an island on the 2nd floor of my duplex. I literally had 3 plumbers come look at and say something along the lines of you're gonna make me take out my code book aren't you? - and then pass on the work because it was too complicated. Justin from Erik Nelson didn't bat an eye and knew exactly how to make it work from the get go. I got a very fair quote that they came in UNDER when it was all said and done. They were also more than professional and kinda almost too organized where I feel like they might be using some sort of performance enhancing drugs. 100% recommend and they have my business for life.

Honest and affordable

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
