I am perfectly comfortable with Airtech to manage my home AC and Heating needs. The provided excellent service I have not see in years. The technicians were very friendly, and I could actually strike up a conversation with them which made me feel even more comfortable. The work performed was awesome, even had before and after photos. I can now sleep better now knowing they took care of me properly. I want to personally thank Kevin, David, Jacob and Mike who each contributed to a number of needs. This is a top notch company hands down.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Amazing customer service! Our family has a unique health situation & needs a couple of accommodations by anyone entering our home, and we felt incredibly respected by Pure Plumbing when they had to enter our home. They were quick (while still being thorough & doing quality work!) and cleaned up their work sites well. They made time for a smaller extra request in addition to the bigger originally scheduled irrigation system installation. Something that has been a problem for 6 months (and that we had tried to fix on our own) was diagnosed and fixed in like 15 minutes by the skilled plumber. I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

Technician went straight to the problem with our furnace. Made the necessary adjustments and all is now well. I've met 3 of their staff since we moved in to our new home and all have really helpful.

Paul is a true master at his craft, and very personable to boot! His depth of knowledge was evident in how he was able to remove our 70-year-old cast iron and lead piping, reconfigured the main stack layout in accordance with current code, and replaced it with new black ABS pipe that should provide us decades of worry-free, reliable service!
