The next morning they were installing a new Lennox furnace, due to age and a cracked heat exchanger on my old furnace. Appreciate the timely response. They have also been quick and professional each time I have used them.

Worst customer service experience EVER! Registered online for a plumper, was contacted by the company. Due to the weekend and memorial holiday, price were pretty high. Asked the rep if there was a plumper tech after 6 pm because of my working hours, rep assured me that there was some working after 6 on Tuesday, scheduled it. On Tuesday morning they called to confirm and I asked it'll be after 6 pm, right. They said no. So they rescheduled it for Friday. Friday morning they called to confirm the appointment and again I ask that it be after 6 pm. The rep said no, no one works after 4. Waste of my time.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Apollo is a great company to work with. They installed a new furnace and central air conditioner a few years ago and we've used their maintenance plan since then. When the heat went out recently Brad came the same day and replaced the part.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Have had Tony out to my place three times and have been more than pleased. He definitely went above and beyond. Awesome customer service.
