He brought our existing shower and bath plumbing up to code and added some shut off valves so we can isolate them if we have problems in the future. He was very communicative with setting up the appointment and checking in with us. He even started heading to the job before we had verified we were there. Little things like that make him stand out as an excellent resource for any plumbing needs. His prices are fair and he was able to get us in quick.

It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

Had an issue with sewer backup in my basement. Roto Rooter quoted me $3500 to solve the issue. I called Jake the Plumber and talked to them about the issue. They were very courteous over the phone and asked that I send pictures so they could best prepare for the service call. Over the course of the visit, three guys were at my house and all three were very friendly. When they arrived they expressed concern that the job could be larger than originally anticipated. However, they proposed (and took) a different approach that saved me several hundred dollars and thousands from what Roto Rooter quoted me. I could tell they wanted to do right by me and not overcharge me for unnecessary repairs. They took the time to explain the issue to me, what my options were, and what they did to solve it. These guys checked all the boxes that I look for in a company and I’ll definitely be working with them again in the future. Highly recommend.
