After many rears of service, we decided it was time to give our old boiler the boot. I called 5 different companies for bids; Rumpca was the first to show and the favorite from the start. It turns out that they were the most complete bid, and the price leader for the work, but even if they hadn't been the lowest, the thoroughness of their estimate made us certain there would be no surprises.
The work as done was clean, well thought out and our disruption was only a day - the heat was on again within a few hours of starting, and they had re-fit EVERYTHING and refill the system before they could start it up.
We're thrilled with the new system and will definitely call Rumpca for future maintenance and projects.

I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

A supply line to our bathtub burst one evening leaving us with water coming through our dinning room ceiling. I tried calling several big name plumbing companies that said they had 24/7 emergency services. After minutes of talking with a call center rep I found out that nobody was available. I called Pedro with Do It Right Plumbing and he answered after a couple rings. He came out 15 minutes later. He found the problem, was able to explain it to us, and capped the water supply lines that night so we could turn the water back on to the rest of the house. The next day he came and fixed the problem. We feel good that we have a plumber to call for future issues. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Thanks Pedro!

Bill said Trane air conditioner was low on freeon. I do not understand that a freeon boost would be over $1000.00. Air conditioner works fine except for that. I have had an freeon boost two years ago and it did not cost this exhorbitant price.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Amazing customer service! Our family has a unique health situation & needs a couple of accommodations by anyone entering our home, and we felt incredibly respected by Pure Plumbing when they had to enter our home. They were quick (while still being thorough & doing quality work!) and cleaned up their work sites well. They made time for a smaller extra request in addition to the bigger originally scheduled irrigation system installation. Dave has done plumbing work at my house a couple of times over the last few years. Most recently, he installed a bathroom sink faucet and drain for a newly replaced vanity. The plumbing was a little challenging, as the new sink was offset from the drain pipe. Dave was great about communicating prior to the appointment so he was clear on what needed to be done. He came up with a good solution that was much less invasive and expensive than what another plumber had suggested/quoted to me. He walked me though what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Dave does quality work and provides a great plumbing service experience.

Justen Plumbing does great work. Mike is a honest hard working family man who’s your local neighborhood plumber. He’s a one man show so be patient about him returning calls when he’s busy. But his work as a master plumber is top notch and has honest pricing about his quality work.

Justen plumbing helped install a brand new water Softener for my house after my old original Kinetico one died. I’ve had nothing but soft crystal clean water since.
