Best Furnace Tune in Saint Paul MN

We contacted this company because our furnace went out later in the evening in January at the start of a Minnesota winter. Not sure who we originally talked to on the phone but she was very professional, helpful, and asked a lot of questions to better access the problem with our furnace. Jake S. did an amazing job and was upfront about all costs and problems he detected. He was very informative and explained the issues with our furnace thoroughly and without being pushy so we could make an informed decision of what we wanted to do. Great company! Would highly recommend!

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Office staff and Management very friendly and helpful, technician was terribly unprofessional and difficult and pricing is extortionate! Will never use services again. I scheduled a special a/c tune-up of $49 advertised in a mailer. On the visit the capacitor was found to not be working and was told the tune-up could not be completed without replacing it. For a part that was stocked on the truck I was quoted $299 to install it. That seemed a little expensive so I declined the repair and was told since the tune up couldn't be completed I would have to pay the normal service call charge of $88. Nowhere on the advertised mailer or when I called to set up appointment was there a disclosure that if the system wasn't working or repairs were necessary the tune-up couldn't be completed and I would be required to pay $88 for a service visit. After declining the repair service I went to my local supply store and found the replacement part for $15. I decided to purchase that and replace it myself which took about 10 mins as a non-professional. I called back to speak to a manager about why the charge was $299 and was told that it factored in overhead costs of insurance, offices, trucks etc. I was told that they would send out a technician to complete the tune-up no that the system was working free of charge as a one-time courtesy. On the second visit the same technician from a week prior arrived at my property and said he was here to install new capacitor and Hard Start Kit for $600 which is what he had perviously suggested on the first visit, but I had already declined, and talked about with the manager why. He then refused to do the a/c tune up stating it wasn't right to him and company and drove off extremely unprofessionally.

Bill showed up and within 2 min told me what I didn’t want to hear. But that’s his job. He was very professional and kind. He gave us estimates for both the AC& furnace replacements. When we decide what to do we will be calling Apollo to do the work.I also thank Dez from Ks95 and TCL for bringing this company to my attn.

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

Had a clog in our septic system line from house out this last Saturday. Majeski's were able to get a service man out in short order even though their snake man was out of town. They went the extra effort to send another employee out who just happened to be close by going through to RF. Nathan was his name and what a life saver. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything on my level after being told the night before by another national company that we would have to have our system pumped because it was full. NOT. It
had been pumped one year ago. It was grassy type trees roots causing the problem. Very grateful customer here.

After watching one of their vans force a car off the road and then follow just a few feet behind another car going 55mph, I'll be getting my work done by a better company. I assume your road rage attitude carries over into poor work.
