I came down into the basement with water gushing up through the floor drains and I needed somebody fast. Roto Rooter was there in less than 30 minutes and Luis first helped stop the flooding before moving on and clearing the drain and checking to see whether there were any roots involved. It didn’t take long before the line was cleared, everything was cleaned up, and life went back to normal!I’m so grateful for their prompt and excellent service!

McQuillan was outstanding! Showed up same day we called and got our shower/toilet fixed quick! Very professional and nearly painless encounter…service was very reasonable! But it still cost money…not McQuillans fault though! Highly recommend!! Worth the $$$!

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Justen Plumbing does great work. Mike is a honest hard working family man who’s your local neighborhood plumber. He’s a one man show so be patient about him returning calls when he’s busy. But his work as a master plumber is top notch and has honest pricing about his quality work.

Justen plumbing helped install a brand new water Softener for my house after my old original Kinetico one died. I’ve had nothing but soft crystal clean water since. Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

My old water heater broke, so I did what I normally do with this sort of thing and went down to Home Depot to get a new one, planning to watch YouTube videos and figure it out. But after looking at what the job would entail, seeing that there was going to be both solder and gas lines involved, I decided to call in a professional. Jake found time on a Saturday evening to come by to do the job (with his son as his helper, a real family business). They looked over the job free of charge before beginning work, and after a five minute inspection they gave me the price I would pay. It was a little higher than they had said over the phone but there was an obsolete valve that needed replacing -- I Googled 'grease-pack ball valve' and it was totally legit. And the overall price was right.

They handled the job just under three hours and hauled my old unit out of the basement. The installation looks nice and professional. Nice guy, and it's clear that he loves his business -- would definitely trust him again for future work.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! I’ve worked with Colton from AJ Alberts twice now and both times were excellent experiences (water softener install and gas line install).
