Great fast and affordable service! I had my AC serviced, a new furnace installed and my ducts cleaned. All of the employees I dealt with were friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I was given some good options without any pressure to buy right away which I appreciated. The salesman (Clay) was great and at least one of the installers had decades of experience. They did forget to do one thing Clay and I spoke about but they came back the very same day to correct it. This is the first major home issue I've had and I don't think I could feel more confident in everything than I do.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.

From the first phone call he knew exactly what i needed. . He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered when i called, and keep me informed every step of the way. They were able to come out next day. Him and his employee came out on time. They answered all my questions. They did the job quickly and for a reasonable price. They were honest upfront. They let me know the issues and solutions without trying to over charge or make me do unnecessary fixes. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.
