These guys are legit. I've used Rascher a couple times at both homes that I've owned for boiler repair, tune up, and maintenance. Their techs have always been on time, they explain everything very well, and are reasonably priced. I'd recommend Rascher to anyone in the West Side/WSP/Mendota area!

Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

We requested a specific person for our appointment and Tony is not the person we asked for. We asked for Drew because he does a good job of explaining things to us - an important factor when dealing with seniors who are unfamiliar with their heating/cooling system. This is our first time owning a slab home and we are not familiar with the new heating/cooling systems. Our builder is not particularly helpful so we tend to ask questions of people who are supposed to be in the HVAC business - like your company. Tony was fine but when we asked him questions his response was I am just here to check your furnace, which he said more than once.

This place is great. Used them a few times for repairs. Most resent call was to replace a water heater. From when I called to when the job was completed was only a few hour total. Couldn't be happier. Friendly workers.

They were able to come fix the leaky tub spout within an hour of my call. Great service, will use again!
