Had Rumpca out to diagnose and clean a clogged sewer line. They thoroughly tested and nailed down the issue quickly. Explained everything clearly to my wife and I. They took extra care to protect out carpet as they move tools in and out of the house. Cleared the issue quickly and verified everything was working as it should. Cleaned up like they were never here. I thought the cost was completely reasonable. Would absolutely use them again.

We had a wet spot on the ceiling in a basement bathroom. I was able to locate the leak by checking pipes from unfinished adjacent furnace. The problem was a cracked ABS drain pipe joint. I put a pan under it to catch the drip so we wouldn't need emergency repair service. Rascher had done good work for us on previous remodeling projects so I called them up and scheduled repair for 6/1 with arrival time between 8 and 10.. Ed called 6/1 at 8:25 to say he would arrive soon. Ed completed the job in 1.5 hours. The repair looks good and stopped the leak. Price was fair.

My kids flushed a huge wad of TP down the toilet, which got stuck and froze in my line going to the septic. Majeski was able to come out with their water jet and cleared the line first try!

I had a chimney guy rebuilding my chimney and we discovered my hot water heater in the basement was not connected properly to the duct going up the chimney. I needed it fixed that day. Most shops I called said it would be weeks before they would be able to come, but Cities1 said they could get a guy out the next day. A little while later I received a call from them informing me Tyler would be over in an hour. He fixed my duct problem in a hour, even though he had to bust out some of my chimney to get at the ducts properly. They really responded to my dilemma and came through. Can't thank them enough!

On the Saturday before our first child was due, our toilet leaked all over the bathroom. To find out if someone could come out the same day to replace the toilet, I contacted Minneapolis Plumbers. Charly was quite helpful, and they arranged for a technician to come out and replace our toilet the very same day we called. Within an hour or so following my call, Charly showed up. In less than two hours, he took out the old toilet and put in the new one. The staff at Kevin came to my rescue when I realized I couldn't go to the bathroom because I was 40 weeks pregnant. I really appreciate everyone.
