Jeff was amazing. I had called another plumbing service to come out and fix the blockage in my main sewer line, but they said the pipe was broken and I would need it completely redone. I wanted a second opinion, and Jeff came out and cleared the blockage in under an hour by the time he arrived and left! I highly recommend Jeff and this company!!

Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

My experience with John was outstanding, he came on time and jumped right onto the problem. John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

No good dont call

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

Brandon and Stu came out for a same day water heater install. Both were very friendly, helpful, and clean. The work was done quickly and professionally. Price was almost exactly what was quoted even though extra work had to be done to bring the system to code. Would definitely use this company again.

Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!
