Best Clogged Drain in Saint Paul MN

Jesse(4291) and his trainee Joe came and finished within the four hour window I was given for them arriving. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I felt they did a very thorough job cleaning my sewer line and sink drain. They informed me of the cause of the backup and presented me with options on how to avoid it in the future. They also let me know that they do no charge more for nights and weekends as I had waited until Monday morning for a problem that occurred between Saturday and Sunday. Will use rotor rooter again if needed!

Andrew did an excellent job cleaning out out main water line today! He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he accomplished at our home. A very nice gentleman with a positive attitude and very professional. Great Job!

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . Trenton was friendly, courteous, professional, fast and thorough today when he came out 6/22/20. We are using Ron the Sewer Rat every year to come out and clean our drains as a preventative measure to avoid the problem of having are sewer drains get clogged up. Their prices are so reasonable, and we are so pleased to have found them.

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. Justen Plumbing does great work. Mike is a honest hard working family man who’s your local neighborhood plumber. He’s a one man show so be patient about him returning calls when he’s busy. But his work as a master plumber is top notch and has honest pricing about his quality work.

Justen plumbing helped install a brand new water Softener for my house after my old original Kinetico one died. I’ve had nothing but soft crystal clean water since. Eric is the best of all plumbers I’ve ever used. He’s professional knowledgeable wise friendly and gives the best service. He deserves a big promotion and the company deserves a big shout!

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

No good dont call

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

We had an issue with our pilot light not staying lit on our water heater. I called Jake the Plumber at 9:00 AM and by 10:30 AM Stu arrived and was working on installing a new part - all under warranty. When we bought the water heater a year ago from Jake the Plumber we had an awesome experience (after a horrible experience with HERO Plumbing & Heating). Today was simply an extension of that great experience. Ironically enough, Stu is the same plumber who was here a year ago to install the product and he continues to be fabulous. If you are looking for great service and honest people who just want to do what's right, no games, Jake the Plumber is the way to go.

Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me this is a bad clog. I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood there while I tore down the drywall to find the break. They said it's not their fault because there was no purple primer showing on the PVC pipe and joint. I told them it's never leaked since 1983 when the home was built and that there's such a thing as clear primer. He denied the existence of clear primer. They left me with a broken pipe and huge mess. Cost to repair was 3 days from my job and over $300 of materials (I did all of the work myself). These guys only care about money. Worst contractor I've hired in 35 years that I've owned properties. The two tenants living in that unit can attest to all of this and were also inconvenienced for 3 straight days. I would give them zero stars if possible.
