Our 4 unit condo association had a gas leak. Rascher Plumbing solved the problem quickly and affordably whereas other plumbing companies tried to take advantage of our no heat situation with absorpidunt pricing. I would definitely hire Rascher again.

I took the day off of work to get my slow bathroom sink drained. They were 3 hours late for starter. Then the gentleman(very professional) walked in trying to sell me some $925 membership. We walked upstairs and without him even looking at the sink he quoted $845.00. Plus I paid them $70. What a waste of my time & money spent & lost due to my day off. I'm a super patient person but this had me steamed..

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

We had Josh out today to fix some indoor air quality and comfort issues. The work that was completed looks great compared to the work my handy man husband did originally. I am extremely impressed with the work he provided today along with the courteous services and the cleanliness he showed while working. He took caution to the care of all my animals (dogs and cats) while coming in and out of the house. I would recommend and always continue using Minneapolis Saint Paul Heating and Air for any future services.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night and Mike came as quickly as possible to fix it on this -20 degree day! He also stuck around after to provide me with plenty of details I needed to take back to my husband. Great service and thankful to stay warm on this chilly day!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Had to have a heater and A/C unit inspected for the sake of my home. They did a great job, on time and the report was very detailed for the new owner. Highly recommend Janecky!

Lack of attention to detail. Lots of solder dripped on floor and they threw a rug over it (I cleaned it up). Huge holes drilled through studs for small diameter piping. Drilled 2.25 hole through the top of a closet door jamb for no reason, and one other unneeded large hole (oops!). Basically anything that wasn't connecting two pieces of pipe was done sloppy.

I had a garbage disposal that was leaking from the bottom and needed help to repair it. I decided on AJ Alberts Plumbing due to all the great reviews I read and I'm glad I chose them as they really are great. This is how a business should operate as I had a positive experience from the moment of initiating service all the way to the when the issue was fixed. Bob came out promptly and diagnosed the issue, explained what the plan would be, potential costs, and after accepting Bob completed the work within an hour. He also leveled my under the sink pipes that had sagged over the years and cleaned the drains. I recommend AJ Alberts for plumbing needs as they are awesome to work with. -David

Adam came out to replace pipe in basement that had leak and was on time very professional and answered all my questions and while he was there I asked if he could replace some other pipes that were corroding and he gave me a fair price and did that additional work too. I’d highly recommend Tony’s plumbing.

This was the first time I’ve used Bruce Nelson Plumbing Danny was prompt, courteous and kind he worked very efficiently and was very pleasant to be around he replaced a 55 year old shower mixer in about an hour would highly recommend this company again
