Charles was able to get me in right away at a low price I had not found. I sent picture and he knew exactly what was needed. Andreas was incredible! Had to run to the store for a part, took his time, and made sure to check all systems were a go! He is hardworking, kind, and was a pleasure to work with!
Both men made this experience easy and a weight was lifted from my shoulders.
Now I have neighbor friends I can call on for any plumbing needs so happy to have found them!

Edit: the review below was for the AC and they just installed a new furnace. There is a reason that we had them install both, great customer service and very honest/trusting. I will gladly use them again.AC review- Couldn’t be happier with this company. From the quote until the job was finished it was a seamless process. We replaced our old central air conditioner and they went above an beyond. We recently purchased the house and the previous owners installed a new furnace and water heater inches away from each other. So, they couldn’t replace the AC without taking the time to relocate the water heater (something on my to do list) and they did it for free. Awesome experience, competitive fee and the maintenance program is top notch (3 other quotes).

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Apollo will be installing our new carrier central air conditioner on Monday. Peter Perry came to our home to provide information and go through prices and materials. Paul is a true master at his craft, and very personable to boot! His depth of knowledge was evident in how he was able to remove our 70-year-old cast iron and lead piping, reconfigured the main stack layout in accordance with current code, and replaced it with new black ABS pipe that should provide us decades of worry-free, reliable service!
My go-to plumbing company, I confidently recommend them to my family and friends for any plumbing service, big or small. Their name (almost) says it all...they PIPE (and plumb) RIGHT!

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.
