We got an estimate from Jeff yesterday, accepted it, and our new water heater was installed today. All of the folks we dealt with were very proficient and professional, making sure to be very thorough in their installation and explanations. They all certainly know what they are doing! They were all very careful to keep our floors clean and dry, and not a scrap of debris was left anywhere! We would be very happy to recommend Rumpca to anyone! In fact, we are now waiting for an estimate for new furnace and A/C.

Where is the button for zero stars? This company is a joke, bid quote is nowhere near reality. You can always screw someone over one time, I will never give them the opportunity to do it to me a second.

Roto Rooter responded quickly to some emergency plumbing needs of mine. It wasn’t an easy task as the pipe was hard to get at but they figured out the least destructive way to go about it and got the job done! They even educated me about preventative care for the future.

I called for services to replace a bathtub faucet. He was very friendly and willing to come in the same day. He advised me of the $89.99 estimate fee but also told me if I'd hired him to do the job, that would be deducted from the total cost. He was very honest and of course he did the job and I must add, he did great job. I can see how it is hard to pay for estimate, but he took the time to come all the way to my home to check what it was wrong with my faucet and it seems fair that if I just wasted his time then to pay him for coming. If you ARE serious about hiring this company's services, then you should not have any issues with the estimate's fee. It is all reimbursable once you hire them. I highly recommend them. Trust worthy, conscious and honest.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

All Ways Drains installed a new dishwasher as well as repaired a leak for us. They had the great blend of professionalism and being personable. They were timely and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them!!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Would definitely use Ron the Sewer Rat again for any drain services. Jacob was on time (early!), very professional, wore PPE while in the house due to COVID, and was able to clean out our very tree root clogged pipes in an hour for only $198. Great company, very professional, quick response times, sent texts with the picture and name of the technician ahead of time, and gave great, price effective service.

TJK Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet. The technician was cordial, prompt and talented. He helped me problem solve issues from the original faucet being improperly installed. I am very happy with my new faucet. I will definitely call them again.

Great company low rates open 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.
