The Blaylock team and Chris came out and were friendly and on point, both giving great advice and completely repairs and upgrades all in one visit, for a great fee compared to what other companies quoted. They're hourly rate is fair and with their experience it's tough to beat!

I can not recommend Roto Rooter and the crew that helped us out enough! They will have my business for life. They immediately showed up to address major water in a rental property and quickly assessed that it was more than a clogged drain. The first technician called in the supervisors and within 30 minutes, I had multiple supervisors and work groups on site to address all the issues: Pipe repair, drain clearing and clean-up. The communication was frequent and timely; everyone was in coordination with everyone else (since it was multiple work groups needed to fully address the problem). I have never been so impressed or pleased with service! Do not hesitate - use this Roto Rooter crew!

Don't let the cost of Pedro's initial visit (to give you an estimate) scare you! At first, I have to admit, I was a bit put off by having to pay for an estimate but Pedro deserved every penny!!
He was the only plumber who was honest with me from the start!
He told me how difficult the project was going to be right from the beginning. He was dealing with an obsessive compulsive person who wanted her sink exactly in the middle of the wall in her bathroom.
While he said he would not be able to center the sink exactly where I wanted it, by the end of the project, he centered it right where I wanted it!!!
He worked very very hard to make sure I was pleased with every detail. He put up with my yappy little dogs and even my snoopy mother who was present for two of the three days he worked.
He had to saw through inches and inches of concrete to correctly tap off plumbing errors made during my homes construction. He also cleaned up a gnarly mess of copper piping and streamlined it perfectly!
My bathroom project has had me in tears more than once but Pedro performed a wonderful and very very thorough job. I will never hire anyone else for any future plumbing needs. Pedro the Plumber is the BEST!!!

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

Thorough and knowledgeable about my old boiler and pipes - learned what four previous companies that were sent here from my “home warranty” company Choice Home Warranty (btw stay away from these scammers) could not figure out nor give me any solutions other than selling me a new boiler which they couldn’t guarantee was the issue. Matt did a great job assessing and explaining to me the issues. He also told me CO2 was leaking and turns off my gas for me. None of the companies my home warranty sent out even check for this or told me about it. I’m satisfied with the work Matt did today and the patience, and honesty in his responses which he handled so professionally and well.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Jordan was very professional and competent. He took care of the jobs at hand in a timely manner and gave me useful information about the problem and my options for sewer maintenance and repair in the future.

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future. I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

A great company to work for. Very kind people who actually remember your name and care to know their employees, hard to find in a company now days. We had a leak between our upper and lower floors against an external wall in a hard to reach spot. Max was quick, professional, and knowledgeable.

Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.
