We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

As the final piece of the HVAC system installation, Wang came out a couple of weeks later do check performance, for any leaks, to do diagnostics etc...Wang couldn't have been more personable!He explained exactly what he was going to do, and what he was looking for.Wang answered all my questions to my satisfaction and more!I feel very comfortable knowing all is well.The whole process was extremely easy, and all involved were super friendly and knowledgeable!Thank You Apollo!!

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

My kids flushed a huge wad of TP down the toilet, which got stuck and froze in my line going to the septic. Majeski was able to come out with their water jet and cleared the line first try!

A great company to work for. Very kind people who actually remember your name and care to know their employees, hard to find in a company now days.
