The drain in our kitchen sink became completely clogged. I was unable to resolve the problem myself, and contacted Roto-Rooter. Will, their EXCELLENT service person, arrived on schedule, listened carefully to my description of the situation and the corrective actions I had tried, quickly created a plan, and skillfully removed the blockage. Will REALLY did an outstanding job, communicated effectively with us, and should be appropriately rewarded for representating your organization so well.

We recently replaced our old radiant heating system with a forced-air heating and cooling system. AF did a fantastic job. Their quotes were consistent from the early planning to project completion, the workmanship was excellent and the system is working well. Our house was built in 1924 and required some tuning of the system to handle the exceptionally cold winter this year. AF was on top of any needed adjustments, making sure we understood the tweaks they made and why. The guys on-site were friendly and respectful, making sure to tidy up after their work. We'll definitely call them in the future if we need more work done.

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. We had a VERY VERY bad experience in the past with a different plumbing company on 2 separate plumbing issues, so we were so grateful when a friend of mine referred us to Keith Nelson. John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future.
