Nick Werner, the service technician, did an excellent job of walking me through the process of what he was going to do to diagnose the problem, how he was going to fix the issues and the cost associated with the procedure. He the did what he said he would and the problem was solved.I would have liked for the bill (invoice) to shown more detail like the cost for the visit and the cost for the labor and material as separate line items.

Please read this review before contracting with this company. I rarely write a negative review, learn from my mistake. This company is not competent, they broke the bathroom drain line, failed to take responsibility for is. The owner will not even take my call to address my issues. Grossly overcharged for a drain line clean out. The technician was supposed to call office and report the matter, he failed to do that. Their automated email system was not working right, it sent me an email to say they would be out the next day, my tenant waited all day for them to show. When I called they said that was an error and were unaware of the problem. They sent a plumber two days later, he cancel on the day scheduled, said he would come the next day. Then argued with my tenant the next day what the emergency was and why did he have to come on a Saturday (how about b/c you canceled and said you would come Saturday). This guy when he did show had a bad attitude and wanted to tear the wall tile out from the sink to the toilet. NO WAY... told him to leave, this has been a nightmare. The charge for the clean out was almost $700 (that is with their coupon and 1.5 hours of work). They did refund me 50% but refused to pay for the repairs, had to contract with another company to compete. I sure wish I knew what I now know... trust me, do not use them!
