Mike called and arrived exactly as planned, explained all the options and new stuff (hadn't had Roto-Rooter out in about 7years as they did such a phenominal job before!) and he did a preventative cleaning of the drain with camera view as well. Mike was in and out in just 30minutes, cleaned the line, showed me a potential drain problem in the future, gave some great advice...and even found the long ago buried outdoor service pipe under 6 of dirt! Mike was awesome!
