Unfortunately I needed this company after three weeks of moving into my new home but the bright side it was the GREAT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. MR. RICHARD STRUCKMAN is great at his job!!!

Bob was excellent! We called and he was at our house within 90 minutes to clean a clogged kitchen sink line. Bob wanted our business so badly he beat another competitor of Roto Rooter (who didn't call us to confirm they were on their way) to the front door! Bob was thorough, friendly, and cleaned up before he left. We would gladly do business with Bob and Roto Rooter again but hope we don't see him anytime soon!

Dustin and his partner were fantastic! Gave me an honest and fair price, they were so fast, and had amazing customer service. Very pleased with the service and I will only use roto-rooter from now on forward!

Our toilet wouldn't flush, it was after hours on a Friday evening when we called the South St. Louis location and Aaron was here within 20 minutes. He was very professional, fast, andfriendly.
