This was our first experience with a major bathroom remodel and Sara at Henry Kitchen & Bath significantly eased our anxiety. She helped us with all of our selection needs, worked with us on our price goals, and really helped give us the bathroom we wanted. I thought her and Rebecca’s follow up and assistance on multiple fronts was exceptional and I would (will) use them again on some upcoming projects we are planning. I thought it was telling when the plumbers weren’t sure if a fixture would fit on our bathtub, but when they heard Sara said it would they were completely confident! Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

Had them,come out to fix a leaking pipe, Ron did a great job, was friendly and knowledgeable and explained anything I had questions about. Thank you.
