Jaime was very professional, very knowledgeable and very efficient. My kitchen sink was backed up and I called first thing in the morning. He showed up writhing 2 hours and had my sink unclogged in less than an hour.

I called about my basement drain which was blocked up late last night and I was offered an appointment the same day! Steven came out and had our drain cleaned and educated us on how to determine where the blockage is and whether the sewer main is involved, how to find the house outlet drain, and recommended an enzyme cleaner to help break down the biological sediment that caused our blockage this time and prevent future blockages. Our drain has a warranty not to back up again for 6 months. Steven left the area clean and was professional and friendly. I'm so glad I called! Such a relief to have stopped the water backup so soon and prevented damage! Thanks Roto Rooter!

Faulty work, charged exorbitant fee. Faulty work caused damage to drywall.

I did use your service. You installed a new shower valve for $1,500. Apparently, the record keeping for this business is faulty as well.

And... I did pay. That's why I'm upset.
