Best Basement Flood Damage in Saint Louis MO

This is my second time writing a review of Midwest Flood Restoration. Last year we had a faulty pipe that caused damage to our kitchen floor. Midwest Flood Restoration did an excellent job. This past Spring, a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom, damaging that bathroom and the one adjacent, and dripping down onto the pendant lights in the newly renovated kitchen below. Midwest was able to help identify all the areas affected, which was extremely valuable information, and again their service was excellent. They are consistently professional and perform consistently quality work.

Same day service, plumber was at my house within two hours. Fixed my backed up kitchen sink and dishwasher was drained. I had called 4 other plumbers in the area and some never answered their phone and others were not available for a week. Thanks Roto Rooter.

Nick (tech #7337) was very nice and very helpful. Gave great advice, was very knowledgeable!! I will definitely ask for him next time we have a problem. I think he gave us the best price he could, throwing in a coupon and containers of enzyme, but I still think RR's overall charge seemed high.

Had a great experience! Came out same day that I called and was able to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to get my issues cleared. Can't thank you enough for being so pleasant in a time of stress!
