They provided us a great service. They came out and hunted down our shutoff valve in the snow, and replaced the indoor shutoff valve for us in no time. It was a perfect experience.

Used these guys yesterday and they were perfect. I thought I had the location of the clog figured out and the guy explained to me why it was the opposite and he was right and fixed it. Will use these folks from now on. Great price too.

I called because I had a leaking valve under my sink, and didn't have time to fix it myself. They sent someone the same day to do the repair. It's been over a week, and no sign of any leaking.

They found the plumbing problem we have had for years, that no one we tried prior to Orr could even give us a definitive answer or resolve. We are so happy with the work and the guys who repaired the problem. Best plumbing service ever. Cleaned up all debris after repair and kept us informed through the whole process. I highly recommend them and will only use them in the future.

Hands down the best!!! They were able to come out same day, we had a shower faucet issue that ended up needing the entire thing replaced. And a leaking outside hose hookup. They set up appointment to do the replacement the next day for both issues. They arrived on time, were very polite, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Their tile cut work was fantastic. The replacement looked better than the original and their pricing was more than fair. They have flat rates so you are not being charged by the hour, and they take their time to make sure the job is completed to perfection. Plus they clean up after themselves! Silvio really cares about his business and the people he hires to work, we will never use any other plumber.
