I came home from out of town to no hot water. Don't know about you, but I quickly realized I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT HOT WATER. I remembered a review I had read recently about ACE Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Service...specifically Laird Latko. Laird was awesome from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, professional, well everything I could have wanted from a technician. Laird not only worked on my problem, but also talked to tech support (who had a strong Southern accent - lol) for a long time. If you ever need plumbing, heating and air conditioning service, please get on the phone and call ACE. You will be so glad you did. Sounds from the other reviews I read here they have a lot of wonderful employees, but my recommendation is to ask for Laird who has 30+ years of experience. Thanks Laird - you are the best.

We needed a plumber ASAP to unclog a bathtub for us. Once we made the call, he was out knocking on our front door within the hour. Very professional and was done in less than five minutes for something that could’ve taken quite longer. Very reliable indeed.

Called Jeff’s Plumbing to come out to replace our water heater that was leaking and causing my carpet to get soggy - 3 days before Thanksgiving. They came out immediately, replaced my water heater and while they were here had them replace our kitchen faucet that was leaking. Tom did an excellent job replacing the water heater and faucet all in one day - excellent service- excellent product - and excellent people to work with and did all the work for a very reasonable price! I have trying to have a plumber return ti fix this mess but this same day service never answers phones or return calls. Select Warranty has been just as bad. Would not recommend either so-called business.
