I believe this business is now called Precision Plumbing. Regardless, Leo was super responsive. I called first thing on a Monday morning and he came right out, fixed my badly-clogged kitchen sink. Great service, fair price. Highly recommended.

I had a water leak under the sink and couldn't identify the source. Since I purchased the house 3 years ago, I've had a disposal installed and a friend do some minor adjustments -- the leak seemed to get worse not better.

Alvin came out, assessed the situation, and identified the issue. He not only gave a hourly estimate in advance, he estimated the time it usually takes to complete the job. He came the same day -- lucky for me because he just finished a big job and had time. When the job was finished, he offered a lower price based on the 'job' rather than an hourly rate. How great is that? Receipt was even in my inbox before he left the house :-)

Alvin was .... excellent! He was down to earth, professional, exceptionally skilled giving tips and education and simply pleasant. He is clearly experienced 'old school', doing things right the first time. His prices were fair -- there was no 'up-selling'. I will definitely keep his card handy for any future needs.

One of the only businesses that responded to my inquiry during the weekend. and with a reasonable prices, They provided me a quote and set up the time to come and fix the issue(s). The literally came the next day. Both of my toilet were clogged due to my kiddo putting his toys inside the bowl. I also needed them to replace something within the flusher they did everything i asked for in less than 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Highly recommend! Dmitriy is great! He came out in the evening after my hot water heaters pressure relief valve had opened and gushed out tons of hot water. He helped me troubleshoot the problem, gave me some advice, told me exactly what to do if I experienced the problem again and he CHARGED ME NOTHING! And yet I would be sitting here with cold water still without his help because I had no idea what happened. Priceless!

I got a new hvac unit installed a year and half ago...ducts and all. These guys were great honest workers, clean, fast, very good follow thru with any adjustments needed, follow up calls, assistance , drop by's, etc. And competitively priced! Would definitely recommend!

Damian patiently went over the estimate(s) with me because, if the price was appropriate, I was considering having two sinks repaired. Damian had only been able to fix one, but it had been a good one. I appreciate that he makes himself available to me even on Sundays.

Thank you so much to Manny! My mom is a senior citizen(I live with her) and she was very stressed at our facet situation. At first it would not stop dripping. They originally had another person come out(she forgot his name) and he fixed that portion. But a day or so after the sink was not running right. Just drip drip drip. Now we could see there was something blocking the water flow. The city just did construction on the plumbing. We are uncertain if that is where the debris came from. But Manny took everything a part and made sire everything was put back perfectly. No extra charge for that. Which I was really worried about. Because my mom barely scraps by as it is. I was very worried they'd gauge her and double charge her. And I wanted to leave a good review. So if people were on the fence if they should use you... do it! They are professional and respectable people. Who do not gauge their clients like some companies do. Thank you so much! We will be using you in the future. And I will tell my friends and family. TERRIBLE PEOPLE. I recommend using other companies as they are not trustworthy at all. Horrible people, horrible company. They say one thing and do another. If I could give less then one star I would. Dont waste your money!

The first thing is that Miracle Works responded to my inquiry swiftly while others took 5 day or not at all. I was given a reasonable quote for the work on a Friday and was scheduled for the following Wednesday. Two techs showed up for the work and went to town to complete my 5 plumbing jobs in about two hours. Jeff and the other tech were both very personable and very easy to speak with as the job went on. All jobs were explained to my satisfaction. I would have no problem recommending Miracle to others.
