I was in a rush to get plumbing hooked up and faucets installed after renovation. Aaron came out next day and on time. Very professional and did a wonderful job. I called a handful of places and found Aaron's price the most reasonable.

I learned recently from South Placer Municipal Utility District that Rooter Hero did not go through the procedures recommended by SMUD to identify the placement and extent of my sewer problem, the materials used to repair, and to inspect the completed work before the repairs were covered over. SMUD workers were in front of my house looking at street drains when I talked to them about what I had Rooter Hero done to repair my sewer line. None of what they indicated to me that was needed prior to digging and before the work was completed was done by Rooter Hero. The project cost to me was far above what they estimated, but the SMUD workers said the range was typical for the type of repairs completed. Rooter Hero did NOT make financing available. I would highly recommend calling whatever public utility district you have before hiring any rooter service concerning sewage problems. You will then have a much better idea of what to ask or look for before repairs are begun. Live and learn.

Needed a gas line modification in order to install a new range. Ace Technician James quickly and professionally reconfigured the line to accept the replacement range. On the same service call, James also quickly and professionally cleared a clogged bathtub drain in the adjacent rental. We're very pleased with the responsiveness, quality, and fair price of the work performed.

Safi is definitely reliable and effective. He has helped me with many issues at my rental properties and he always comes as soon as he possibly can.

Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school.
