WOW!WOW! WOW! Rahmein was my technician and that he is a thorough professional is just an understatement. MOST importantly, I admire his honesty, his integrity & his ability to offer GOOD ADVICE based on OBJECTIVE FACTS. He has an excellent camera which shows the reality of your pipes. These qualities impressed me most because is NOT here to sell you their services by scaring the bejeezus out of you...he will not lie and make it seem a bigger problem than it is. He gives you options and both sides of the story...and will let you decide the best for your situation based on FACTS you have seen. A bit disappointed with our first interaction with them. We called them expressing interest in trying out their service for our rentals but the first interaction on the phone was quite uncomfortable. They were not comfortable with that fact that as a business our lines are recorded for quality assurance and this isn't the greatest sign. What a bummer as I liked what their website had to say and we manage a large volume of properties that could have been a ton of business for them.
