Ken, the owner, has always been great to us when he fixed our sink and faucet, my social service client’s and our churches plumbing issues economically. I highly recommend his service and ethics! He is a great guy and provides a great service!

I'm a first-time homeowner, and I had an emergency plumbing situation occur after just 3 days in the new place which caused our entire downstairs to flood! Needless to say, my husband and I were incredibly stressed out by the entire situation and even more so when it seemed like no one would be available to come out same-day. We found the The Trenchless Co. on Yelp and were extremely satisfied with their service and professionalism. They set us up with an appointment right away and had a technician out to us after about an hour. We received a call and a text when our technician was on his way, and the text message even had a picture of our technician as an extra measure of security. We were assisted by Pedro Tafolla-Romero who was kind, professional and got the job done ASAP without any hassle or additional disturbance to our home. Their prices are also very fair considering the amazing service they provide! I would definitely recommend The Trenchless Co. for any of your plumbing needs.

I purchased a gas stove only to find out that due to the gas line placement, my new stove stuck out 6 from the wall.

I called Rapid Rooter Plumbing and they said they could send an employee out to give me a free estimate. An hour later, Dustin showed up and, after assessing the work needed, said he could do the job right then and in under an hour. He shortened and re-positioned the gas line and valve, tested for any leakage, and made sure the stove was as close to the wall as possible. His work was fast, courteous and thorough. It was especially nice to not have to wait a day or more just to have the work done and I really appreciate the prompt service.

We will be calling Rapid Rooter Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

They installed water line for my fridge and ended up flooding my entire kitchen. The guy turned the water back on but didn't close the valve he just installed. His response was welp things happen. Didn't offer discount, didn't offer fan just cleaned up the visible water and left. I spent the rest of the day wiping off counter, cabinets and attempting to dry floors. My baseboards were also damaged. I had to call the office to let them know what happened days later. The owner came out looked at my floors like it wasnt a big deal said he would cut me a check which was for the price I payed for the fan I had to buy to dry my floor.
My floors were less the 6 months installed. Now a few months later my floors are bubbled up in the area that was flooded. Don't recommend this company.

Edit response to owner: I am 100% sure I have the correct company. I have a picture of the check you sent me for the fan I had to buy to dry my floors and record of payment from my debit card. The picture of owner on your website is the same guy that came to my house. I tried to call a couple months later about my floors and no answer of course. I will not be removing my review. Do better.

From customer service, booking an appointment and having Matt come out for a leak detection service was an easy and amazing smooth process. Matt did an amazing job on educating me on my pool and telling me about my leak. I would highly recommend this company to friends, neighbors and family!
