Miracle Works Plumbing and Drain came out to help me twice. First they replaced both my outdoor and indoor faucets and switched the water tubes under the bathroom sink.
Then they came to install a water heater outside my house and put a cover on it. They made sure all the hoses and connections were right and they made sure everything was installed up to city code. They did the permit process for me and I didn’t have to be there when they did the inspection. I was at work watching from my cameras. They did really good work and I will use them again when I remodel my bathroom.

It is impossible to rate DOMCO PLUMBING with a high enough score via stars!! The words quality of workmanship, excellent, superior, above-and-beyond immediately come to mind.
I found my 20+ year old water heater with a slow leak and within 30 minutes of my initial call to DOMCO, two technicians were at my home to evaluate the situation and give me an estimate. I had called other companies as well. The technicians, ROBERT and QUINTON, explained there would need to be a couple safety code upgrades (for my safety & benefit) with the water heater being installed so long ago and gave me an estimate that was far better than the companies I’d already called-none of whom had even mentioned any safety code upgrades. I believe that would have had to be an added charge with another company, as the work was being done, which would have been an extra charge I would not have been prepared to pay at the time.
ROBERT and QUINTON were upfront with me and I felt very secure in hiring them. The owner of the company DOMINIC STONE even called me to further explain or see if I had other questions regarding the additional work that needed to be done. Amazing professionalism!!!
ROBERT and QUINTON were on the job at my home nearly 6 hours. They did not take breaks or stop for lunch...rather said they would not leave until the installation was complete and I had a good source for hot water. The end quality of the workmanship is outstanding, very professional. When people ask about it, I actually show them the installation as it is far superior to the previous installation. Their working attitudes toward each other in a close workspace was amazing—like a well-oiled machine. Each knew what to do to interface with what the other one was doing.
ROBERT and QUINTON were extremely courteous and respectful in their attitudes toward me and at no point in the estimate process nor the 6-hr installation did I ever feel uneasy having these two “gentlemen” technicians in my home. Additionally, they were not condescending to me as a woman alone at any time during any technical or explanatory processes in response to my questions. It was a very comfortable atmosphere in which I was not at all concerned for my well-being. It was a real pleasure to have ROBERT and QUINTON working in my home.
I absolutely recommend DOMCO PLUMBING and WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN for all my future plumbing needs. I also will request ROBERT and QUINTON do the work if at all possible in line with the job and their work schedules.

Called about an exterior leak, they went into my neighbors home, failed to find the leak, said nothing to me. when I called to find out what was going on and hopefully get this leak actually looked at I was yelled at and hung up on. very poor customer service. the technician who did come out was excellent and fixed the issue quickly and easily.
