We Had shower drain blocked .Worst service ever, he didn't fix the issue just gave is excuses and went away with money
Told us to wait for 5 days and he will come and replace drain pipes in crawl space when it's dry ,expecting us to go without shower for week
We got snake from Home Depot and cleared it ourself .
No good service ..wont recommend at all

Jimmy and Jesse replaced our water heater quickly and professionally. They have a customer for life -- their pricing was fair, they were incredibly responsive and helped us out of a jam after we were screwed over by the warranty company and another local plumber. The good guys are out there - and Jimmy is one of them!

This company is the best. They are very professional and extremely neat and polite.. They are also very fair on their price. I would recommend them to any friend or family for any and all plumbing.

This letter is to serve as a testimonial for the excellent plumbing work performed in our home by Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing, located at 9972 Park Way, Elk Grove, CA 95624

We purchased our home in 2001 and the original plastic plumbing pipe used was the “infamous Kitec Pipe.” We had heard several reports of leaking and flooding problems in homes in our area whereas the problems were due to failures with their “Kitec” pipping.

Based on those incidents, we decided to have the “Kitec” pipping removed and replaced with a more suitable product. That decision led us into the interviewing process with several of the local plumbing companies. Since this was not going to be a simple “fix-it project,” we needed to be reassured that the company would do “what they said” and would stand-by their product. We found that company in the SACRAMENTO REPIPE & PLUMBING COMPANY.

Any company can make claims, but it is through their employees that those assertions are in fact, executed. Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing brought in true professionals to perform the very detailed job of replacing and changing out all of our Kitec pipping. In addition, they did so in an orderly manner, while always ensuring that their work areas were clean before leaving for the day.

I cannot say enough about Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing and am proud to recommend their services to anyone that needs a professional, well-led team to perform plumbing work in their home.

Jacob has made two trips to my house for this repair. The first time, he properly diagnosed the issue with my AC system and was extremely helpful with documentation for my home warranty (whose contractors had misdiagnosed the problem). On his second trip, he replaced my faulty thermostat and again was extra helpful making sure I got the invoice that I needed (he waited for his email to reach my pc).Jacob was amazing.

I am so thankful for this team. I had a very bad plumbing emergency today and John came immediately this morning to work on it. John and Tom both were extremely kind and professional throughout it. I was having a bad day already and then the toilet began to leak. It just got worse. I cannot emphasize how thankful i am that John and Tom was able to come out and put so much hard work into the situation. They spend a lot of time and made sure everything was fixed before leaving. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with EAMS Plumbing. They were on time and professional. They were also able to sort out my problem in under 30 minutes!

Came in first thing in AM, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Up and running in no time.

When I called them they told me there is a 90$ diagnostic charge and I agreed to that ! Later I found out they charged me $197 without my knowledge ! These people are very deseptive and dishonest! I wouldn't recommend this company!
In my opinion they are literally thieves!
