We had a great experience with the Water Heater Pros. Our installation consultation was much more professional than any of the other businesses we had come out for a quote (we had 3). This company was much more knowledgeable on Heat Pump Water Heaters and did all of the work that was needed at the lowest cost. The other two companies wanted us to do our own electrical shut-off installation, our own louvres, and get our own permit. Water Heater Pros took care of everything (Andrew did it all!) and went above and beyond to make sure we understood how everything worked. Super quick turnaround as well. We're very happy with the results! The new AO smith is super quiet!

Vanderveer Plumbing (Bill & Cody) installed trenchless at my home as I was constantly having to call a plumber to snake the pipes due to tree roots and old pipes. I was referred to them by another neighbor. Bill informed me of a program in which I could get a very very low interest loan from the county to do this work which was also quick and easy. Bill and Cody were thorough, meticulous, responsive and fast. Bill made the entire process effortless on my end. It was one of the smoothest contractor jobs I have experienced. I highly recommend.

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

Just like when you look for a good auto mechanic, there's a degree of trust that you depend on so that you don't get charged for something you don't need. Jose and the Huft Home Services gave us that assurance as well as Jose being on time, professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Jose is actually the biggest reason we will do business with Huft Home Services again in the future.

Hire them at your own risk. Recently I had a plumbing issue at my house. They promote themselves as professionals who offer free estimates. What a lie. They charged me a whooping $250.00 to diagnose a problem I already told them I knew the origin. They promote themselves as general contractors. After they cut opened my ceiling, they said they'd refer someone to come finish up the work since I had water damage. These people never referred anyone, neither did they call me. They are extremely expensive as compared to others. Never again!

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
