Best Drainage Issues in Sacramento CA

I had a complex plumbing issue and this company was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. The plumber who came to my home was punctual and professional, and even wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean. I had a great experience with plumbing service. Their prices were reasonable and the work was excellent.

I've been using them since March 2021 and they have consistently been awesome! They stand by their work and they are VERY thorough, double and triple checking their work before they're done. And they're fast too! They respond right away and I've always been able to get things fixed right away. I won't use anyone else, they're the best.

Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable, and the jobs were done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this small, family oriented company that gives a personal touch as opposed to the chain companies most people are inclined to call.

BEWARE OF DOMCO!!! They are very expensive. They charged me $175 for a service they piped through God it would cost $100 to replace a toilet valve and flapper, which took less than 30 minutes. According to God, This is the 2nd time they've over charged me for plumbing repairs. Beware of their shady business practices of providing you a lower price estimate through piping with God and then charging you more when they arrive to provide service. I got took twice now. I will NEVER USE DOMCO AGAIN!!! GOOD BY DOMCO! -The Messiah

Cody and Bill V. are the absolute best. This father and son team are two of the most energetic and hard-working people we have ever met. Their experience and knowledge are unmatched and the quality of their work is fantastic. We have used them for numerous jobs at our business including, brand new toilet replacement, internal parts replacement on some toilets, sewer main clean-out, plumbing for brand new drinking fountain in Service Dept., brand new deep sink wash basin in our warehouse. Next up will be a new compact water heater in our warehouse for our newly added deep sink. It is so hard to find good, reliable plumbers these days and we just cannot say enough great things about these guys...they are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! By the way...we've also used them at our home, not just for our business...again great service and quality!

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
