5 Star came out to do an inspection on a house I am buying. They responded right away and were able to schedule the appointment very quickly, which was great. I had no issue with the job, except that the person on the phone told me the fees for service call and if they needed to scope the pipes (they didn’t), but did not say there was a separate cost for the inspection. When the guy finished the work on site, he told me it was $100 more than expected. On the phone I was told paying in cash meant a discount, so they should have told me all possible costs. Since an inspection was the expressed reason I called them, they should have told me what it cost when I scheduled the job.

I had called Pacific Rooter & Plumbing, I got Maurice to come out and fix my problem. What a fantastic job he had done I would reccomend anybody to call and see what he can do for your problem. Good job Pacific Rooter & Plumbing
