The technician fixed the bathroom sink drainage problem in less than 1 hour. In and Out it was done. The repair expense was far more reasonable compared to other quotes given to make a home service call. I will not hesitate to call them for future home plumbing service problems and/or recommend them to friends who need help with their plumbing repair.

I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. This company was assigned by my warranty company. My issue was no hot water coming in shower. The technician came from this company, inspected and told that they will order a part and will schedule the appointment to install. After 2 weeks the technician came and replaced the part, technician was ready to leave, I asked him to stay until I test it out. The issue wasn’t fixed. I told him to check. The technician then called few people and didn’t appear confident in the next two steps he asked me to do which would cost me extra expenses.There was no paperwork provided either. The office staff was unprofessional. Another company was able to fix the issue without the need for me to follow the two things that was told by the technician of this company. I saved money and able to take showers now. I do not recommend this company as they were not professional, inexperienced and didn’t commit to fixing the issue.
