I had my pipes back up on a Sunday, of course. I was very stressed about emergency plumbing fees. The plumber on call, I wish I remembered his name, was outstanding. He explained how they charged and knew exactly what was wrong just from my description and knew where the clean out was based on my home age and location. Incredible. He came out got to work and fixed it in less than 30 mins and for less than 1/2 the cost I expected.

I was in a bind and didn't know what to do, my toilet was completely backed up and tried 10 people and nobody was available on a Sunday. Honestly, this guy Mike needs to be recognized for how amazingly fast, honest, and affordable his work was. Not only did he offer to wait a long time to meet my time restrictions because he was available right away and I wasnt at home, he even cleaned my toilet and fixed the sink as a courtesy! I found Larry’s plumbing through thumbtack. They were quick to respond and provide the service. I reached out on Sunday and the service was done by Monday evening. Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. He took the time to explain the issue to me and even gave pointers on general drain maintenance. Highly recommend!

Jason, the gentleman who came out and diagnosed and repaired my water leak, was a real pleasure to work with. He explained what the problem was and gave me several options to choose from on how I wanted to proceed with the repair. He didn't try to upsell me and explained the cost of each of the repair procedures.

We had such a great experience with Jeff's plumbing. Syreeta was excellent with customer service and making sure that we're taking care of as quickly as possible. Adam, Corey, Calvin and Vince were awesome also. It was a big job and they did a fantastic job in making it less stressful! They identify the issue immediately. They were assuring and were trustworthy! There was a tree root that grew over years and broke a pipe which led to us not being able to use our ONLY bathroom without overflowing! Unfortunately this job was not able to be done from the outside so they had to go inside the room to do it!
