Antonio helped alleviate a tough emergency plumbing call like a pro. He arrived 9 PM to cap off a leaky shower, that was dripping into our garage sheet rock from above. He cleaned up, said he would be back around 12:30 PM the next day with parts, and left for the night. Today he was on time, and promptly replaced the shower controls, spout, shower head, and cleaned up on the way out of the door yet again. His professionalism turned a bad situation around for us, and we look forward to using Antonio for our future plumbing needs. My basement's septic tank drain was successfully unclogged by Kelvin from Sacramento Plumbing. Kelvin was kind, quite competent, and dedicated to carrying out a very professional job. I wholeheartedly recommend Kelvin and Sacramento Plumbing.

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

They came after I submitted a claim with my warranty company. The appointment time was 3-5pm and the man came at 1:30. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. He did absolutely nothing and charged me $85 for the warranty copay. Do not trust this company! He did absolutely nothing! Did not touch anything, did not come inside, did not touch a pipe...literally nothing. He then sent a report to my warranty company and they denied the claim, leaving me out $85. He also threatened my husband and I that our home is old and the pipes are going to burst soon and we will be out tens of thousands of dollars. I tried to contact them today to get my deposit back, to no answer and no return phone call.
