Had them replace my water main and they never finished the job!! .. left a mess of dirt and broken concrete and never followed up to my messages. As of 30 days later , my concrete has not been done ,the shut off handle has a leak , and no response from the Owner Ken .

Appointment setup was an ease! They were out first thing the next day for a non-emergency situation. I loved the text/e-mail information communication about my technician before he arrived. Job was quick and easy with a recommendation to have a follow up for future prevention of a possible future problem. Thanks a lot Trenchless!

Called Monday morning because I had a leak that was running into the neighbors yard. Even though they had a full schedule for the next couple days Monte made an emergency trip up to Auburn, tracked down the leak and also discovered a valve box that I had been trying to track down for a long time. Great job and thank you for the help!

Very unprofessional, very rude, they WILL cuss you out and do whatever they want, because everyone in this company is a manager... Pam, and this other lady there - Heaven forbid you have to deal with them!

UPDATE: They didn’t even submit the correct back-flow device. Fair oaks water district came to shut off my water and I caught them in the moment and showed them my receipt, otherwise they would have shut my water off. Also, they didn’t even tag the device, which is $7 according to the guy at Fair Oaks water district.
