5 Star Experience from the moment Drew answered the phone. So courteous, nice and professional. Great communication. Bill arrived and was super. Fixed my clogged drain and found a leak under the sink. Fixed all that and provided me some antibacterial fluid for my drains. We hired Blaine and his company a couple of years ago to install an Ice Machine in our breakroom and a water line to the rear of our warehouse.

Not only did they do an amazing job but were competitive with others we received quotes from.

Update from 03/28/23 - We had an emergency service call where we had a sewage smell all over our office. I called Shields plumbing right away and They were able to have a tech out the same day to find the problem! This one was the neighbor who had a clean-out left open. None the less, very responses and professional. Great job Shields Plumbing!

Boyd Plumbing was a very good experience from start to finish. The person who did the scheduling was courteous, and called giving me a heads up when the plumber was 30 minutes away. The plumber came the next day. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and super nice. We had a great talk about football.
