Jacob has made two trips to my house for this repair. The first time, he properly diagnosed the issue with my AC system and was extremely helpful with documentation for my home warranty (whose contractors had misdiagnosed the problem). On his second trip, he replaced my faulty thermostat and again was extra helpful making sure I got the invoice that I needed (he waited for his email to reach my pc).Jacob was amazing.

I had a water leak start in my house on a Sunday morning. I had to shut the water off, which meant I was out of water until the source of the leak was found and fixed. I called around a few other big name plumbing companies but couldn't get anyone out until Monday. I found McDonald plumbing at the BBB website with an A+ rating. Eduardo was at my house within a few hours of my call. He quickly found the leak and had it repaired, so the water was back on. Eduardo was efficient, friendly and experienced. I will be a return customer to this company for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

Technician, Jose, was a great example of what customers should expect from professionals. Thorough in explanations, no rush to avoid heat or attics, and didn’t try to hide anything or attempt to sell a flux capacitor ;)Made recommended options, but allowed me to make decisions. Showed video and photos of problem. Why aren’t all companies doing this? Most importantly, fixed issue and gave possible options for future maintenance or upgrade. Recommend.
